There are portions of the earth
There are portions of the earth crust where the temperature and pressure do not match what is required to create perfect diamonds. These conditions however may be higher than usual for those depths. They may, in event, create some diamonds, but they are the substandard types. Some diamonds that are brought to the earths surface by tectonic earth movements typically involve the collision of continental and oceanic plates. These are followed by the rapid uplift of deeply buried rocks. The diamonds are in there, beautiful still, but not quite so radiant as the ones that come from the very bowels of the earth. Graphite relics of some diamonds can be found in forms of the same compound that are not as perfectly formed as the real diamonds. These poorer products also sell in the sparkler markets, but as you might expect, they cost a lot less. Nanodiamonds are an extremely small variety of diamonds that occur in several types of meteorites. They are of lower density than most of the regular types, but their radiance is still worthy of mention. As diamond jewelries they sell rather well too, because their size allows them to fit well into some ornaments, removing the stress of cutting. Diamond has various values, based on the way it is formed, and the qualities it so possesses. Some that are thought to form directly from graphite contained meteorites upon impact with the earth are opaque and range from very small to somewhere about a centimeter in diameter. However the best types are the ones that come from the bowels of the earth itself.
